Why is Clotsy a sustainable clothing store?
Clotsy Brand is a sustainable clothing store for several reasons. Firstly, we use sustainable, organic or recycled materials in our products, such as organic cotton, linen, tencel, viscose, recycled bottles etc... In addition, we make sure that our suppliers also follow sustainable and ethical practices.
Secondly, the brand is concerned about reducing its environmental impact. For example, we use natural and non-toxic dyes in our products, trying to minimise the amount of waste and emissions they generate. In addition, our clothes have been designed in Spain and made on the Peninsula.
Do you ship all over Spain?
Yes, and also to the Balearic and Canary Islands. We offer standard shipping through trusted parcel services and with an estimated delivery time of between 2 and 3 business days, depending on the destination location. We also offer express shipping with a delivery time of 24-48 business hours for those customers who need their order urgently. In addition, once you place your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at all times.
Do you produce in Spain?
We design our garments in Spain and produce them on the Iberian Peninsula, which allows us to control the entire production process and ensure that our quality and sustainability standards are met.
We work with local workshops that share our values and help us ensure that our garments are produced ethically and responsibly. Plus, by producing locally, we reduce our carbon footprint and support the local economy.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you can visit us at our sustainable clothing store in Valencia where you can find all our clothes and products. However, if you are not in Valencia, you can also find our products at different points of sale throughout Spain.
We work with select sustainable stores and boutiques that share our values of sustainability and ethical production. You can find the full list of our points of sale here .
Do you do exchanges and returns?
Yes, we offer the possibility of exchanges and returns in case our clients are not satisfied with their order.
If you wish to make an exchange, you can do so free of charge within 15 days of receiving the product. To do so, you must contact us by email at hola@clotsybrand.com and provide us with the details of the product you wish to exchange with your order number and the new product you wish to receive. Once we have received the original product in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the new product to the address indicated.
As for returns, these can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. However, we must mention that the costs of handling the return will be deducted from the price of the original order (in the peninsula €4.90). That is, the amount to be returned to the customer will be the original price of the product minus the corresponding shipping and handling costs.
It is important to note that to make any exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and with its original label intact.
